Appointments with our Treatment Coordinator (TCO) are FREE^*, and can include anything from registering, signing up to our membership plan, discussing your treatment plan or finance applications.

If you have any concerns or questions at any time, feel free to speak to our TCO, or any member of the team.

These appointments are particularly good if you’re nervous and simply want to have a friendly chat about your options as a new patient.

You can take a look around the practice and get a little more comfortable before you see the dentist.

As the appointment is free, you can relax, take your time and there is no obligation to join us or sign up to anything.

A smile assessment does not include any clinical assessments or treatment but our TCO is happy to book any further appointments for you, just let them know.
