Dr Skjalg Johnsen graduated from the renowned Karolinska Institute in Stockholm in 2000 and gained a PhD degree in Oro-Facial Neuroscience in 2005. He was later accepted into the Specialist Orthodontist Program at the Eastman Institute and completed his postgraduate training in 2008. Now with over 15 years of experience in the field of Orthodontics he has built up a wealth of knowledge and clinical experience.

In the world of orthodontics, he specialises in modern, clear techniques for adults and teens. This includes invisible lingual appliances (fixed appliances behind your teeth), Invisalign®/Spark aligners and the Damon System (ceramics and metal). He is a big believer in face-driven orthodontics and works closely with the cosmetic and oral surgery team at Clarendon Dental.

Skjalg loves to help his patients finally start to smile again and be proud of their teeth.
